GENERAL INFORMATION

You would be informed immediately your completed application form is received.

Please realize that your application is not definite. Your application will be studied within three days. We will contact you by email to inform you whether your application will be accepted.

After receiving your deposit, we shall send you your program information, host family and other information to you in a reasonably possible time (at least one week). We will also ask you to transfer the balance of the total program fee 30-60 days prior to departure.

Before your departure from your country, inform Overseas Projects by e-mail telling us your date of arrival, the airline, the flight number and time of arrival. This will enable us organize to meet you at the airport.
